Beginners Camera Gear
I randomly get messaged a lot about the type of camera I use and the lenses I shoot with on Instagram asking me how I shoot my photos. Being that I have, what I consider the most basic and beginner version of Canon’s rebel models with the Canon Rebel T5, I’m not working with anything fancy but have learned so much with this little camera starting from square one. I had no idea what crop censored, lens sizes, camera models, filters, and hoods, and ISO, Aperture, and Shutter speed, AND so forth (lol) even meant. But a lot of late night nursing sessions and hundreds of YouTube videos later, I think I got my baring on shooting with what I have, on the budget I got. So, I won’t get into all the details of shooting with a DSLR especially when you want to work your way up to shooting in Manual mode, but, I will give you my favorite YouTubers to follow and learn by, as well as my recommendations for the types of lenses I use today.

Mango Street – These are so informative I’ve literally watched them all a couple times.
These have been the most reasonable lens’s to afford if your just beginning out using a DSLR that I have found, with the most desirable apertures (the lower the aperture you can afford the better  in my opinion.)
